What is the booking procedure on your tour ?
You can book yourself and your family by filling our booking form, paying an non-refundable deposit. For more details please click here (attach How to book page).
What is the deposit amount to be paid at the time of booking your tour ?
You will have to pay an interest free, non-refundable deposit amount of USD 200 per person (adult/child) for booking any of our tours.
How early/late can I book on your tour ?
You can book as early as 180 days prior to departure and as late as 10 days prior to departure.
How do we settle the payment ? Is there an advance deposit required ?
We insist on a nominal deposit of USD 200 to be sent us as soon as the itinerary and the price has been finalized. This is an authorization for us to go ahead with the reservations. The balance however has to be settled one month prior to your arrival in India.
What is your procedure for full payment ?
After you have paid the booking deposit, you will have to make the full payment in US dollars 30 days prior to departure of your tour. If you book less than 30 days prior to departure , then your full tour price must be paid at the time of booking itself.
Note : Your booking will automatically get cancelled if your full payment does not reach us before the cut-off date.
Do you have guides on your tours ?
Yes, on certain itineraries we have local guides. i.e in Jaipur we will have a local guide during sightseeing tour. However in a pilgrim place like Shirdi services of local guides are not required.
What are optional tours ?
Optional tours are excursion, which are not included in your Main tour cost. If you want to avail of these optional excursions then you can prebook the same before departure.
Do you also book international tickets from my city to India ?
Sorry, we do not book international flights. We request you to kindly contact our General Sales Agents or your trusted travel agent
Where do I book my domestic airline/rail tickets with India ?
You can book your domestic airline tickets with us or the same can also be booked through your own trusted travel agent.But we regret we do not book international flights. We request you to kindly contact our General Sales Agents or your trusted travel agent
Is there a list of tours I can choose from ?
First we recommend that you go through 'Most popular tours ' which include various tours that we have been selling very successfully since a very long time. The tours under 'Most popular tours'. What if I do not like any of the tours listed on the site ? Can SOTC tailor-make a tour for me ?
If your choice of tours is not available on the website then kindly send us an email at info@kuoniindia.com and we will revert to you with the best possible travel options of holidays to India.

What is your cancellation procedure ?
If circumstances make you cancel your tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing.
What is your cancellation policy ?
Forfeiture of the deposit amount and cancellation charges as mentioned in our Terms & Conditions in our brochure and website will apply.
Can we make any changes in our tour plan ?
You can make amendments/changes within the prescribed time limit at an amendment fee per amendment. A Transfer from one Tour to another will be treated as a Cancellation from one Tour and fresh booking on another tour. Therefore Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the terms and conditions.
Can you tell us something about your hotels ?
On all our tours you have option of three categories of hotels.

Standard
These are conveniently located, Rooms are air-conditioned with en-suite facilities, and nearly all have color televisions with cable and satellite connections.

First
Conveniently located hotels. Rooms are air-conditioned with en-suite facilities, color televisions with cable and satellite connections, in room telephones, mini bars. Some hotel might have swimming pool

Deluxe
Some of the finest hotels with all the luxuries with all the above amenities.

Can you tell us something about your transport fleet ?

Our transport fleet consists of non air-conditioned and air-conditioned cars and coaches, All cars/coaches are well maintained adequately insured and are hold tourist permits. Our chauffeurs are experienced and few of them do speak English.

What meals are offered on the tour ?
Daily Buffet breakfast is served on all tours. Certain tours eg. Wildlife also include lunch and dinner.
Is tap water safe for drinking ?
Normally, tap water is safe for drinking in metro and big cities. However, we suggest you buy mineral water bottles at your own cost if you so desire.
